These terms govern your use of sacrada.space and the booking of a Sacrada Session. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Sacrada offers individual sessions combining breathwork, intuitive mediumship and somatic awareness ("The Sacrada Session"). Sessions are conducted online via private video call, or in person where available.

2. Spiritual content disclaimer

All sessions are provided for spiritual exploration, personal development and wellbeing purposes only. Nothing shared during a session constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, please seek appropriate professional support before booking.

Sacrada does not guarantee specific outcomes from any session. Experiences vary between individuals.

3. Session investment

The investment for a single Sacrada Session is $111 USD. Payment is due at the time of booking and is confirmed through the booking system. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

You can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

If Sacrada needs to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full reschedule or refund.

5. Refunds

Refunds are at the discretion of Sacrada and are considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at [[CONTACT EMAIL]] before your scheduled session time.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Arrive on time and in a quiet, private space for online sessions.
  • Ensure a stable internet connection for online sessions.
  • Inform us before booking if you have any medical conditions, trauma history or concerns that may be relevant to the breathwork or somatic elements of the session.
  • Engage honestly and openly. The quality of your session is co-created.

7. Confidentiality

Everything shared in a session is held in complete confidence. We will not discuss the content of your session with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law (e.g. risk to life).

8. Intellectual property

All content on sacrada.space — including text, design, graphics and the Sacrada name — is the intellectual property of Sacrada. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sacrada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any session. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the session in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sacrada operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at sacrada.space/terms.html. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
